Job Summary:Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR and other areas of perioperative services for all patient populations. Functions as an RN First Assistant during operative and other invasive procedures and throughout the perioperative continuum in accordance with scope of practice credentials, privileges, experience, education, and competency verification.

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Pay Range: $56 to $70 per hour depending on experience

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and an accredited RNFA program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in state of CA
• CNOR certification preferred
• Must have RNFA, CRNFA, or RNAS-C certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a RNFA required.
• 1 year surgical robotics training preferred
• Basic and advanced preoperative training, operating room experience required.
• Can perform scrub and circulating nurse roles.
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification
• Excellent understanding of multiple surgical procedures
• Robotic experience and Total Joint experience required
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques.
