Overview
Our client is a well-established, multi-location medical aesthetics practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Injector to join its team. The ideal candidate is a skilled provider with strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a patient-first approach. This role offers the opportunity to work with an established, high-volume practice, supported by a growing national aesthetics network that provides ongoing training, shared best practices, and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform injectable and medical aesthetic treatments (Botox®, dermal fillers, etc.)
• Conduct professional consultations, skin assessments, and create treatment plans
• Ensure patient safety, proper documentation, consents, and adherence to protocols
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with warmth and professionalism
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through high-quality care and service
• Collaborate with the MedSpa team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Maintain treatment rooms per safety and sanitation standards
• Participate in training, continuing education, and marketing events
• Mentor and support new team members
• Uphold professional standards of appearance, conduct, and service
Qualifications
• Active and unrestricted NP, ARNP, or PA license in California
• Valid HIPAA and OSHA certifications
• Specialized training/certification in injectables
• Minimum 1+ years of experience with medical aesthetics injectables (2–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and professional development
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
