Registered Nurse (RN) - IDD/DD New

A leading healthcare facility in Woodland Hills, CA, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing critical nursing services to residents in a group home, with flexibility to assist in other programs as needed.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: On-site
• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Setting: Residential healthcare facility

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Providing a minimum of 1.0 or 1.5 hours of nursing service per week per individual supported
• Assessing individuals' health problems and coordinating continuing care
• Serving as Charge Nurse and supervising LVN responsibilities
• Developing and implementing Nursing/Health Care Plans
• Ensuring adherence to nursing standards of practice

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN
• Graduate of a Board of Registered Nursing approved school
• Current California Registered Nurse's License
• Possess supervisory and management skills
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid California Driver License
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Excellent organizational skills
