RN Career Transition Opportunity – Nurse Case Manager

Location: Greater Fresno Territory Coverage

Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based | Every Other Week 4x10 Schedule (3-Day Weekends)

QuestPro has the exclusive listing for a fast-growing national Third Party Administrator (TPA) looking for proactive, trainable, and autonomous RNs from all clinical backgrounds to join as Field Nurse Case Managers. Support injured workers while enjoying strong training, leadership support, and peer collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate care between injured workers, employers, and providers
  • Use your clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans
  • Make in-person visits and maintain ongoing communication

What You Need

  • Active California RN license
  • Able to work full time during normal business hours
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
  • Proactive mindset, trainable yet autonomous
  • Energetic, ethical, and organized
